What counts as an organization?

One company and its books: its connected payment and banking sources, ledger, and statements. Running two companies means two organizations — $20/month each.

Does agent access cost extra?

No. The price is per organization, not per seat or per agent. Humans in the dashboard and agents over MCP read the same books on the same plan.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your books stay intact while access is paused — payment sources keep ingesting automatically, and bank connections may need a quick re-authorization when you return. Only long-dormant unpaid accounts are deleted, and only after repeated email warnings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel and billing stops — no lock-in, no cancellation call. Your account then follows the same pause-then-warned-deletion path as an unpaid one, so you can export everything first.

Will the price change as I grow?

Any pricing changes will be announced ahead of time and nothing changes retroactively or silently.
